You can now use one email address for different Lil Regie accounts, making it easier to collaborate between projects. You can get added to different Lil Regie accounts in the usual way.

Then, to switch between accounts, go to the top-right menu and select the account you want to work on. 

You can also click on ‘+Account’ here to create a completely new account associated with your existing user account and email address.

If you’ve set up your event to allow payments by invoice, you may sometimes find that, as the event date approaches, some attendees still haven’t paid. Worse, they may show up at the venue without having settled their invoice. We now have a quick fix: send them a payment request that will lead them to a credit card payment page for instant payment.

To send out the payment request, go to ‘Bookings’, select the relevant booking, and click on the ‘Request payment’ button.

Once you click the button, you’ll be shown the email address to which the payment link will be sent. After re-confirming, the person will receive an email with a link to the payment page. You can customise the payment request email by going to Advanced > Email templates > ticking 'Customise emails', and scrolling down to find the payment request email template.

You can now format event descriptions using our rich text editor. Format your copy, set headers, add attachments, links and images, and even embed YouTube videos.

To allow for more sophisticated graphics, we’ve increased our image size limit for the event banner to 10MB. Our system then automatically scales and converts them for optimal use on the web.

Previously, we limited the number of tickets sold per single transaction to 20 for events where no attendee details are collected. While this remains our default, event organisers can now set their own limits. You'll find this setting in the event details tab.
